Add-941. American, 2nd quarter 20th century, signed on the end "Ruxton MULTI-VIDER, Pat Pending, Made in U.S.A." Made of hard white plastic, with nickel plated brass fittings, 6 1/8" long overall x 7/16" diameter. The body is split in half lengthwise, with 2 sets of C scales engraved on one half and 2 sets of D scales engraved on the other half; the body then slides apart to allow the slide rule scales to be used. This well made slide rule mechanical pencil is in good overall condition (noting that the two body pieces do not fit tightly at one end and the original eraser is missing).
