TROELTSCH'S EAR MIRROR IN SHAPED LEATHER COVERED CASE
Add-1511. The 2 1/2" diameter slightly concave mirror has a 1/4" diameter hole in the center and is mounted on a 4" long ebonized wood handle. Designed to reflect light into the ear canal to facilitate examination. The original banjo-shaped leather covered case is lined with purple velvet in the bottom and purple watered silk in the top. It is quite unusual to find an ear mirror in such an interesting shaped case. The mirror and its case are both in very good overall condition.
