Probebly French, 2nd quarter 19th century, unsigned. 7 1/2" tall Cary-type folding-foot brass microscope in 5 1/2" x 4" x 1 1/4" mahogany case, with 7 objective lens nosepieces, tweezers and dissecting needle. Microscope and case in very good condition. This attractive and very unusual small Cary-type microscope is complete in its case - we have never seen another like it.
