HI, I recently came across a antique mechanical device in very good condition. I restored it and it functions near new. It was designed by Frank J. Sprague. The patent 637175 was issued in 1899 to a Howard Thermostat Company of New York. You can view it in operation on You-Tube. The title of the video is "Frank Sprague thermostat invention".

Sprague was more noted for his early electrical contributions, electrical traction being the primary. The mechanical device I own is one of the few non-electrical mechanical inventions of Sprague's. Is there a museum any of you may be aware of that would have strong interest in a Sprague invention of this nature? Thank You!
