Odd-sized eye pieces needed

I am looking for a source of eye pieces to fit a couple of late 1800s - early 1900s microscopes.

1. To fit a Busch microscope, serial number 15496. The inner diameter of the tube is 22mm. I would also like a mirror to fit this scope, 41 mm diameter

2. To fit an anonymous, probably French, student scope from ~1880, I need a 21 mm diameter eye piece.
