I have here very interested and unique antique medical German device. Most likely was made by special order – just in one exemplar, as there is absolutely no information in any books or journals about medical antique devices, in Internet no such devises were found as well. The mark says the next: “Opt. Mech. Werkstatt, Julius Peters, Berlin NW. 21, Thurm Strasse 4” I’ve asked already about 30 collectors and doctors from different regions nobody has ever seen such an item. http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z5/Batko_Mahno/Optic_9.jpg
I could suppose the device was used for liquid or gaseous measurements.
If you have any information about this device and its creator, also what’s for was it used would you be please so kind to share it with. I also wonder for how much I could sell it.
Here are the pictures.
