I am working on an old scope trying to bring it back to life. An old Leitz #458xx. Anyway I have it disassemble, but the fine focus block won't travel all the way to the base. It seems to hang about 1/4" or so from the bottom. It's been degreased, and I don't see any lumps or bumps. Any ideas, or does this scopes fine focus travel all the way to the bottom?
