Here is a link to some information on Queen & Co. http://www.americanartifacts.com/smma/survey/qsci.htm

Welcome to the world of pre 1930 tripods. Prior to 1930 there were no standards. You are at the mercy of the maker and which lathe the threads were turned on. One thing you might have going for you is that the wye level was made by W. & L. E. Gurley and sold under Queen & Company who were agents for Gurley. To better understand the size of trpod that you need you will have to take measurements of the threads and diameters. A picture can help. Expect to pay around $200.00 and shipping for this tripod as there are dealers out there that have tripods for sale.
